American film director and screenwriter Martha Pinson is perhaps best known for her work as Martin Scorsese's longtime script supervisor on films including Hugo, Shutter Island and The Departed.

However, with the release of her feature film directorial debut Tomorrow - which Scorsese has come on board to produce - Pinson is now set to claim the limelight for herself. The project, which shoots in London throughout autumn 2014, counts Joss Stone, Stephen Fry and Sophie Kennedy-Clark among cast and explores the difficulty soldiers encounter as they attempt to reintegrate back into society. Pinson has previously directed two short films; It's Not Saturday and the award winning Don't Nobody Love the Game More Than Me.
